arenabet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Deposits are credited to your arenabet wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. arenabet targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published on the Platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and applicable verification procedures.
arenabet reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Funds deposited into your arenabet wallet are held for gaming purposes only. arenabet does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of arenabet.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arenabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
arenabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your arenabet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
arenabet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
arenabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination for cause, arenabet may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no breach is established following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your arenabet account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
arenabet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the arenabet Platform shall first be submitted to arenabet's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall limit arenabet's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
